Mr.Puma guarantees that our network will be available 100% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance. If at any time you experience an unscheduled loss of service, contact us immediately by e-mail. If we verify that an outage has occurred , we will credit your account 5% of your monthly hosting fee for each 60 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of your monthly fee.

Network uptime includes functioning of all network infrastructure at our datacenter including routers, switches and servers. Network downtime will be measured from the time you report the outage to Mr.Puma until we verify that the problem has been corrected.
